Director’s Statement
“When my oldest brother Corey Iodice was struck and killed while assisting a disabled motorist on April 22, 2020, in Connecticut, the importance of Slow Down Move Over moved from my head to my heart.”

Since being confronted by this tragedy, Cindy Iodice and her family is leveraging over 70 years in the towing industry to bring Flagman™ and his message of Slow Down Move Over to the forefront of public conversation.
Project Overview and Objectives:
Flagman Inc. is a non-profit organization created to provide national awareness and education of safety regarding roadside emergencies. Flagman Inc. aims to eradicate secondary roadside crashes by creating high-impact driver safety awareness content delivered through targeted marketing, distribution in digital format, and distribution through print media. Flagman Inc. will utilize the internet and social media platforms to create awareness and provide opportunities for interested parties to initiate educational outreach, serve as advocates, volunteer in the community, provide endorsements, make donations, and join Flagman Inc.’s driver safety awareness campaign. Flagman™ will be introduced to the driving public as the national icon for national Slow Down Move Over laws. Flagman Inc. intends to leverage funding from the transportation industry, large financially stable corporations, state and federal agencies, institutions, and public persons to support the pilot campaign launch and nationwide driver education safety programming.
Flagman Inc. will map out a unique model to gain quick and sustainable acceptance and work its way to achieving its goals. With the help of local Parent Teacher Associations (PTA), police departments, Board of Education committees, community volunteers, and additional partners, Flagman Inc. will initiate an education outreach Program immediately engaging children K-12 in school assemblies. Flagman will hold driver remediation workshops for our senior citizen population. By creating partnerships amongst national educational communities and civic organizations, Flagman Inc. will thoughtfully influence our children, our educators, and the driving public to positively position Flagman Inc.’s Slow Down Move Over driver awareness safety campaign as a change maker.
